PMWeb Announces New Online Technical Support Option

PMWeb users will soon have 24/7 access to the new Online Support Center, featuring new issue reporting and resolution, frequently asked questions and the complete PMWeb knowledgebase.

Ken Damon, Product Manager, announced today that the support center is now online. “We will be doing a phased roll-out of the new system. Our long-term clients will soon be receiving information explaining how to use the new support features and providing the credentials they will use to access them. Once those users are up and running we will send the next wave of notifications to newer clients.”
